Norms:

-     Tubes are produced according to AIR 9160C - ASNA 6080 Standards.

-     AECMA Approval

-         Certificate of Approval from French CAA (F-PF 06)

Mechanical Characteristics:

      -     Class 2 Aeronautics complies with AIR 0819

-     Wall Thickness                                :        0.5 mm to 5mm

-     Supplied in the normalised condition       

-     Rm                                                    :        660/860 MPa

-     Rp 0,2                                              :        ≥ 490 MPa

-     Elongation                                        :        ≥ 16%

-     Hardness (HB)                                 :        197/258

Material can also be offered in the annealed condition (hardness≤ 95HRB, elongation > 30%)

Material can be comply with Werstoff 1.7214-5/6/9

Non Destructive Testing: 

-        Inspected to the above standards.

-        100%  Eddy Current Testing including defect detection and homogeneity of the mechanical properties

Marking: 

-        All tubes are continuously marked on the O/D.
